By using Bulldozer, you agree to use the platform responsibly and for lawful purposes.

Indicative prices

• Prices displayed on Bulldozer may change over time and may differ between locations, suppliers, quantities, qualities, and market conditions.
• Information about sellers is provided to help users explore available options. Users should independently verify prices, availability, product specifications, and other details directly with the seller before making a purchase.

04 — PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Bulldozer does not replace professionals

Information provided through Bulldozer is intended to assist with preliminary planning. Users should consult qualified engineers, contractors, architects, or other appropriate professionals for structural design, engineering calculations, construction decisions, supervision, safety matters, and project-specific advice.

05 — USER ACCOUNTS

Account information

• Some Bulldozer features may require an account. Users are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping their login credentials secure.
• Users should notify Bulldozer if they believe that their account has been accessed without authorization.

10 — PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

Fees

All payments made through this website are non-refundable.

• Subscription plans, including the Business Plan, are purchased for a fixed period of 30 days, beginning on the date the payment is successfully completed. Users cannot purchase a subscription for a period shorter than 30 days.
• A subscription may be cancelled at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle the user to a full or partial refund. The subscription will remain subject to the applicable terms for the remainder of the 30-day period, and no portion of the subscription fee will be refunded based on the unused time.

For example, if a user purchases a Business Plan for EGP 200 and cancels the subscription after 15 days, the user will not be entitled to a refund of EGP 100 or any other partial refund. The EGP 200 payment remains non-refundable.

• Unless otherwise stated, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current 30-day subscription period, and the subscription will not continue into a new billing period.
